Gameplay questions
If the game behaves unexpectedly, first refresh the page and try again. Because some vote balance and personal-record information can be stored locally in your browser, clearing site data can reset local progress.
Ranking or data questions
For questions about why a player is ranked in a particular position, start with the Ranking Methodology. The live ranking can differ from the historical seed as confidence-weighted head-to-head voting accumulates.
